Co-designed by local seniors, the program features free and low-cost events spanning activities, new skills, music and food.
Festival highlights include:
Get creative: Try a First Nations art workshop with Leslie J Stanley, delve into botanical drawing and watercolours at Linden New Art, or learn the magic of natural silk dyeing at Gasworks.
Move and groove: Find your balance with free yoga, tai chi and chair Pilates sessions, join the “Dancing on Fridays” class, or try crew rowing on Albert Park Lake or lawn bowls.
Sing and socialise: Sing classic favourites with the St Kilda Ukulele Lovers League (SKULL), enjoy a “Happy Hour” with the Men of the Chorus, or meet new people at a Linking Neighbours coffee morning.
Explore and discover: Take a guided historical walk through St Kilda’s grand streets, tour the sustainable Dig In Community Gardens, or celebrate local writers at the Port Phillip Writes awards.
Bonus for Seniors Card holders:
Victorian Seniors Card holders can travel free on public transport across Victoria for nine days, from 3–11 October 2026.
Many events are free, but bookings are essential for most sessions. Book early, as places are limited.
