‘Paddle Board Therapy – Sunrise Serenity on the Bay’

Taken at sunrise on my stand-up paddle board. I love going out for a paddle on the bay and watching the sunrise glisten over our beautiful suburb. Before the hustle and bustle of the day begins, I can have a peaceful, magical moment to myself, surrounded by golden honeyed water and the unique architecture of St Kilda. I couldn’t think of a better place to live!

I was born, and am growing up, in St Kilda and have always loved the palm trees. I remember looking at them all the time, even as a baby.
The winners are all amateur photographers, and the brief was to celebrate the diversity of the community and the different faces of St Kilda!
The photo needed to be taken within 3182/3183 and say something about who the photographer is such as background, heritage, culture, hobby, passion, what you care about etc.
The judges were (Dr Vincent Alessi, Linden CEO + Director), Richard Harris and Peter Berzankis.
